 Originally from Peru, Mauro Silva has called South Florida home for over 35 years. With a background in hospitality, including serving as Operations Manager at Mango’s in South Beach, Mauro expanded his expertise into event production and his company reached the top ten in Miami’s event industry, Mauro Silva Productions. During this time, he forged strong connections with celebrities, real estate investors, and gained an in-depth understanding of the South Florida real estate market. Known for his outgoing personality and ‘can do’ attitude, Mauro joined Howard Chase Real Estate LLC. in 2018, where he is recognized as a top producer.

Throughout his career, Mauro has interacted with hundreds of clients from diverse backgrounds. He has witnessed the struggles faced by some homeowners, especially how banks can foreclose on homes, leaving families in challenging situations.

In response, Mauro assembled a group of investors dedicated to purchasing homes at fair prices. His mission is to assist homeowners who cannot afford necessary repairs, are at risk of losing their homes due to unpaid mortgages, or need funds quickly due to life events.
